@talontooner Haha. I just got mine today – now to set up the controller. Got to work out when the controller is to turn the pump on 100%. Got to pick a boost figure I guess, and then make sure I’m still getting enough fuel just under this boost figure at maximum rpm. Sound about right to you?
@mailer999s it does quiet down a little when the car turns on but not much, i just happened to record the video with my phone and the engines exhaust kinda drowns it down, but trust me its still loud and honestly it annoys me at times, i dont recommend it if noise is a big factor. i had to keep turning it off when i was tuning the engine. im actually considering stepping down to a smaller pump. i just got a really good deal on this one and it was brand new so i bought it. hope that helps
@talontooner OK, I’m out of pump with an 044 and am trying to work out how loud these Weldon’s are. Yours sounds loud initially (priming?) but then quietens right down once the car starts – thought you might be using a controller.

@mailer999s Im also buying one too! ha thanks for the idea!
@talontooner My car’s 90% street so I think I’ll get the controller

@mailer999s im only using a switch to trigger a 40 amp relay.
Is there a fuel pump controller being used with the Weldon in this video?
